We offer bespoke packages for Early Years settings and business owners or employees. These sessions can be delivered either face to face or via teams as a live on-line teaching session. We can also join your staff training days remotely or face to face, or even your staff meetings.

The session we can organise with you include but are not restricted to:

A short course on Montessori in Practice. This training is offered to support staff who already hold a full and relevant qualification but need to increase their knowledge of Montessori Pedagogy to enhance their classroom practice.

Short courses in Individual Curriculum Areas. This are courses delivered over the course of 3 sessions concentrating on selected areas of the classroom.

One- or two-day courses on Leadership and Management in Early Years Settings, including dealing with staff performance, how to have difficult conversations with people.

One day training on conducting Supervision meetings, Appraisals and Performance Management.
