Philosophy in Practice:

Putting the knowledge of the philosophy and the curriculum  forms a central point of practical integration for the knowledge, understanding, skills and attitudes developed over the course of the training and aims to provide students with opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy and curriculum. Within your work setting, you will be asked to do tasks related to your assessments into practice, working with the Montessori presentations and the children and reflect on these. To evidence your understanding of putting the philosophy into practice your will share your final assessment with your course tutor by participating in a learning tour with them in the setting and allocating time for them to observe you working in the setting for up to 2 hours. This is a relaxed and collaborative process that enables you to reflect on your understanding and learning through a positive experience.
